There was a little misunderstanding between Franny Peralta and I today in which i wrote some awful comments about her today. I'm glad she called me and was able to help me. She is a wonderful person and she was very helpful. She made quite an impression on me that I decide to write this email to you. As a member, what I'd like to see change is a way for members to be able to change transportation in short notice online from the airport to the resort in case of a missed flight or reservation change due to life circumstances.
