Ramon was extremely cordial and thoroughly helpful in assisting us! He speaks incredibly clear English but also allowed me to try my Spanish. He did great! Also, it is very helpful that it was a couple days after becoming members that we were given an orientation. This allowed us to process the initial transaction before better understanding how to navigate the benefits!
